This is an assignment that I developed for the 101-202 sequence. It asks students to fulfill a certain number of points from a set of choices. The goal is to acquaint them with ways that Russian language and culture can be connected to their own personal interests. Some of the choices include: watching a Russian sports event, cooking a Russian recipe, attending a Russian festival or concert, learning to sing a Russian song, or connecting with a Russian conversation partner.
I am working on transitioning this assignment to a different platform, perhaps using digital badging.
